Additional Photos from Epstein Estate Made Public by Democratic US Congress Members
Property blueprints for the financier's secluded tropical island included in the photographs.
Furthermore featured in this latest document release seems to be a property layout for the Great St James island, located in the American territory.
Jeffrey Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had created ambitious plans to develop the sprawling island by constructing living quarters, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
Marked on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the territory, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is marked up in notations in red and features a notes section identifying different parts of the land.
In addition to the main plan are what seem to be nine other site drawings and engineering blueprints, featuring layouts for marina coverings.
Additional materials disclosed as part of the current congressional release.
